Keri danced and cheered throughout her high school years and then became an avid golfer while attending the University of Utah where she received her B.S. in Finance. After years of practicing Pilates and becoming Mat Pilates certified, she was introduced to Barre and instantly knew it was where her passion lies. Keri has been teaching barre and actively running her barre studios since 2010. Working out and bringing the great workouts to her studios is truly her therapy!

She is a certified Personal Trainer through NCSF and is both ACE and AFAA Group Fitness Certified. By combining two of her loves, Pilates and dance, Allison knew she had struck gold when she found Therapy and Barre, where time flies and results come quickly.

When not dancing like a fiend or teaching kids to move like “oozing lava,” she is usually sippin’ coffee, gettin’ her yoga on, or runnin’ madly on some mountain trail.
